The following was again before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 332(FIN) "An Act relating to elementary and pre-elementary schools." 2008-04-02 House Journal Page 2555 Amendment No. 1 (title amendment) was offered by Representative Edgmon: Page 1, line 1: Delete all material and insert: ""An Act defining an elementary school to include certain pre- elementary programs and relating to counting pre-elementary students in a school's average daily membership."" Representative Edgmon moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered and the new title follows: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 332(FIN)(title am) "An Act defining an elementary school to include certain pre- elementary programs and relating to counting pre-elementary students in a school's average daily membership." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB 332(FIN)(title am) pass the House?"
